Moving out
This is my last summer in Athens, and I'm moving out of my apartment that I've been living in for two years. One does not realize how many things one can in two years time. Clothes - way to many, half I haven't worn in years but still can not bare to donate of throw away. Dishes - I'm pretty sure a third of them aren't mine, and I live by myself haha. I do have to admit it was fun when I found some old things I haven't seen since the dorm and but sadly the box still smelled like the dorms, it brought back some old memories. I've taken 5 car loads of things back to my parents house and my apartment is starting to lose it's character as I begin to take down pictures, coloring book pages and dry erase boards from the walls. I'm going to miss this town, my apartment and the joys of being in college but look forward to jump into "the real world."

It must be a crazy feeling to grasp. This is going to be my last year here and I still can't wrap my head around it...Any plans for what you'll be doing in the "real world" yet?
ReplyDeleteMoving into my new apt this summer was kinda like that.. I found things I had packed away and haven't seen in years. Its sad, but also kinda fun... I really enjoyed it haha
